1. Services
1.1 AIT Solutions provides custom IT solutions, including but not limited to web and mobile development, software development, and digital marketing.
1.2 All project timelines, deliverables, and costs are agreed upon in a formal contract before commencement.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
2.1 Payments are structured as per the agreed terms in the contract (e.g., advance, milestone, or final payments).
2.2 No refunds are provided once the project has commenced unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
2.3 Failure to make payments on time may result in project suspension or termination.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 The final deliverables, including websites, apps, and software, are the property of the client upon full payment.
3.2 AIT Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials.
3.3 Any third-party software, APIs, or plugins used will be subject to their respective licenses.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The client must provide necessary content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
4.2 Any delays from the client’s side may result in project timeline adjustments.
4.3 The client agrees not to misuse, resell, or distribute AIT Solutions’ proprietary tools, code, or methodologies.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of business data, project details, and client information.
5.2 AIT Solutions follows industry-standard data security measures but is not liable for third-party breaches.
6. Liability & Warranty
6.1 AIT Solutions is not responsible for losses arising from third-party software, hosting providers, or cyber attacks.
6.2 We provide post-delivery support as per the agreed service package. Any additional work beyond the contract will be chargeable.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as per contract terms.
7.2 In case of termination, any completed work must be paid for, and all project data will be handed over after settlement.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution amicably before taking legal action.
8.2 Jurisdiction for any legal matters will be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 AIT Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
